Selby Jennings is seeking a Treasury Risk Manager to join a team partnering with corporate treasury organizations and financial institutions to manage financial risk, optimize treasury functions, and support strategic decision-making.

The role exposes you to liquidity management, market risk, derivatives, hedging strategies, and treasury transformation initiatives while collaborating with a diverse client base on complex challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within treasury risk, treasury operations, corporate treasury, financial risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives (FX forwards, swaps, options, interest rate swaps, caps and futures) and hedging strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with treasury and finance teams to identify, assess, and manage risks related to funding, liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rates, and other market exposures.
• Support the development, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of risk mitigation and hedging programs.
• Analyze financial and treasury data, prepare reporting and analytics, and deliver insights that support business and treasury decision-making.
• Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
