Job summary

KLS Martin Group is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the treasury function, oversee liquidity, risk, and banking operations, and partner with internal teams to strengthen controls and financial governance.

The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, managing debt and treasury programs, and driving continuous improvement in treasury processes with cross-functional collaboration across Finance and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Advanced degree and/or certification (e.g., CPA, CTP) preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or related financial functions.
• Experience managing cash forecasting, banking relationships, financing arrangements and treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash position, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships, banking services, account administration, financing arrangements and treasury products.
• Oversee debt, line of credit and lender reporting requirements; ensure compliance with covenants.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to streamline treasury processes and automation.
