Job summary

Lifestyle Communities seeks a Treasury & Risk Manager to own consolidated cash analysis, liquidity allocation, cash flow modeling, and banking operations across multiple entities. You will execute daily treasury activities, manage intercompany cash movements, and support debt and risk-management initiatives.

You will build robust treasury processes, collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations, and lead automation efforts as LC expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Six+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting and wire/ACH execution in commercial bank portals.

Responsibilities

• Owns rolling entity-level cash forecasts and bi-weekly cash flow projections.
• Serves as primary liquidity gatekeeper for bi-weekly disbursement runs; coordinates with AP/Payroll and intercompany sweeps.
• Owns daily wire and ACH execution in commercial bank portals with dual-control workflows.
• Manages relationships with banks and lenders; tracks draw proceeds and notifies AP to release payments.
• Manages debt and covenant compliance: DSCR and leverage, Borrowing Base Certificates, and lender reporting.
• Oversees intercompany cash allocations, settlements, and capital transfers to ensure clean balances.
• Builds and documents treasury policies, procedures, and controls; leads automation efforts.
• Oversees bank account administration, KYC, resolutions, signatures, and security settings.
• Monitors daily Positive Pay and ACH exceptions; negotiates bank pricing and services.
• Leads fraud prevention and payment security; responds to suspicious banking activity.
• Manages corporate insurance programs; coordinates with brokers and insurers.
• Supports external audits and lender reviews related to cash, debt, and banking.
