Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Treasury & Risk Manager to own consolidated cash analysis, liquidity allocation, and debt compliance across multiple entities. You will execute daily treasury operations, manage wire/ACH, and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and Operations leadership to maintain a forward-looking liquidity view.

You will build processes and controls, drive automation, and guide future staffing as LC expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of six years of progressive treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance experience, including at least two years in a senior or lead treasury role.
• Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting and wire/ACH execution in commercial bank portals.
• Experience with debt and covenant compliance, including DSCR and leverage calculations, Borrowing Base Certificates and lender reporting.
• Experience managing relationships with commercial banks and lenders.
• Advanced Excel skills, including cash flow modeling; experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated cash analysis and liquidity across entities.
• Manage daily wire and ACH execution under dual-control workflows.
• Monitor DSCR and leverage ratios; prepare debt compliance workpapers.
• Build treasury policies, procedures and internal controls; lead process improvements.
• Oversee bank account administration, KYC, and dual-control settings.
• Support external audits and lender reviews related to cash, debt and banking.
