Lifestyle Communities in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Treasury & Risk Manager to own consolidated cash analysis, liquidity allocation, and debt compliance. You will lead daily treasury operations, manage banking relationships, and drive process improvements across multi-entity platforms in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has extensive treasury experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record in cash flow modeling and intercompany settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressive treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting and wire/ACH execution.
• Experience with debt and covenant compliance, including DSCR and leverage calculations.

Responsabilités

• Owns rolling entity-level cash forecasts and bi-weekly liquidity planning.
• Manages daily wire and ACH execution with dual-control workflows.
• Oversees banking relationships, draws, and intercompany settlement processes.
• Monitors debt compliance, prepares Borrowing Base Certificates and lender reporting.
• Builds treasury processes, controls, and automation; supports future staffing needs.
