Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, or related field.
• CFA, CPA, CTP, or similar professional designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hedging programs including interest rate swaps and rate risk management.
• Lead project-level cash flow hedging and foreign exchange hedge execution.
• Monitor market conditions and develop recommendations to mitigate risk exposure.
• Support debt capital markets activities including financings and refinancings.
• Coordinate with banks, advisors, legal counsel and other external partners on capital markets transactions.
• Support treasury operations including liquidity management, forecasting, and reporting.
