Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Manager of Treasury Regulatory Reporting & Automation to drive CCAR and FR Y-14A filings, data governance, and scalable automation initiatives. You will partner with Treasury, Technology, Data Management, and Risk teams to ensure data quality and timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in data management, regulatory reporting, or related fields.
Strong foundation in data governance, lineage, metadata, and quality controls.
Experience with CCAR, FR Y-14A/M/Q reporting preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation, validation, and submission of CCAR and FR Y-14A filings and related deliverables.
Define data requirements, mappings, and metric calculations for capital stress testing.
Establish data standards, governance, lineage, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
Develop and enhance automated data pipelines, quality controls, and reconciliations.
