Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Treasury organization with managing and organizing technical due diligence documentation for asset-backed financing transactions.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely exchange of materials, maintain RFI trackers, and manage datarooms across projects and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in documentation management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain due diligence documentation for asset-backed financing.
• Schedule calls with SMEs to monitor documentation progress.
• Control document versions and dataroom access.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Maintain RFIs and Q&A logs supporting technical diligence for financings.
• Organize datarooms by project/portfolio and map to transaction trackers.
