Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain technical due diligence documentation.
• Schedule calls/meetings with internal SMEs to track progress.
• Control document versions and manage access to datarooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely document delivery.
• Maintain RFI trackers and Q&A logs for technical diligence.
• Organize asset-backed financing datarooms by project/portfolio.
