Job summary

OneAmerica is seeking a Treasury Processor in Indianapolis, IN, to ensure accurate and timely recording of all cash receipts across multiple lines of business. The role reports to the Treasury Manager and requires cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include processing lockbox, checks, wires, ACH payments, and electronic transactions, with backup support for teammates and problem resolution as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience in operations and/or 1 year production setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Equivalent background acceptable per education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Process lockbox, checks, wire, ACH cash receipts and electronic payments for multiple lines of business.
• Communicate with service teams from all divisions, and internal team members.
• Act as back-up for other team members and research problems or questions.
• Perform other related duties at the request of the supervisor.
