Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a senior Treasury Manager to lead investment portfolio oversight, interest rate risk management, debt compliance, and liquidity planning. You will manage relationships with external investment advisors and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with interest rate derivatives, fixed income investments, and advanced Excel modeling.

Qualifications

7+ years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience overseeing investment portfolios and external investment advisor relationships with fixed income knowledge.
CFA charterholder, or progress toward; MBA or Master of Finance, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own critical work streams across investment portfolio management, interest rate risk, debt compliance, and liquidity.
Oversee investment portfolio and external advisor relationships; align with Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
Analyze interest rate market conditions and risk exposure; inform hedging strategy and derivative transactions.
Own lender debt covenant compliance across multiple SPVs and entities; monitor reporting and communications.
Design and implement reporting framework for debt facilities; support liquidity forecasting with Finance and stakeholders.
Build executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
