Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Treasury Planning and Reporting to lead actuals reporting, cash flow forecasting and strategic analysis. The role reports to the Director, Assistant Treasurer and presents to the CFO, with one direct report.

A BS in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of relevant experience are required, along with strong analytical, communication and Excel modeling skills, and familiarity with SAP, HFM and BPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with ability to present to Corporate Officers.
• Familiarity with SAP, HFM, and BPC preferred.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop medium term and long-term cash flow and net interest expense forecasts.
• Plan and report actuals the net interest expense impact of large executed L&A deals.
• Present Plan, LBEs and LRP Packages to Treasurer and CFO.
• Analyze and report monthly actual results.
• Set annual Prelim and Final FX Plan rates for the corporation.
• Analyze Corporate exchange variances vs Plan and other benchmarks.
• Complete quarterly Treasury Earnings package for senior management.
• Oversee SAP Treasury Management debt administration.
• Manage one direct report.
