Ultimus Fund Solutions is seeking a Treasury Associate I to manage payment processing, including wires, ACHs, and checks, across multiple banking platforms. The role supports treasury operations, coordinates payment volumes, and assists with review and inquiries on electronic payments.

The position emphasizes accuracy, fast-paced multitasking, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain client payment integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; alternative experience may be considered.
• 0-1 years’ experience in banking, treasury, accounting or finance with direct exposure to electronic payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transactions including wires, ACHs and checks on multiple banking platforms.
• Process bulk investor wire payment files and investor payments via templates.
• Obtain and demonstrate understanding of 20+ online banking platforms.
• Process digital and mailed deposits and maintain check log.
• Collaborate with other units to support payment processing.
• Assist with training and updates for treasury procedures.
