Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and client advisory in treasury/payments.
• Strong financial analysis and proposal development skills.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, payment systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine profitability of existing and prospective banking relationships and direct sales efforts accordingly.
• Conduct sales efforts and annual relationship reviews with clients.
• Translate client needs and market insights into actionable treasury and payments strategies in partnership with senior advisors.
• Educate clients and commercial relationship managers on Treasury Services concepts, products, features, and benefits.
• Coordinate, supervise, and implement the setup of sales closings for clients.
• Develop strategies to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery of treasury solutions and regulatory adherence.
• Stay abreast of market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting treasury/payments.
