Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Treasury Management Sales Associate to support Treasury Management Sales Advisors. The associate partners with Advisors to drive portfolio growth, deepen client relationships, execute strategic sales initiatives, and deliver treasury solutions that meet client needs.

This role combines strategic sales support, client engagement, independent sales execution, and post-implementation client support. The individual will collaborate across Relationship Management, Product, Service, Implementation, and Solution Delivery teams while contributing to revenue growth through both advisor-led and independently managed opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Partner with Treasury Management Sales Advisors to develop and execute sales strategies, portfolio plans, and go-to-market initiatives.


• Conduct client, prospect, industry, and competitive research to identify treasury opportunities and support revenue growth.


• Prepare, account structures, pricing proposals, profitability analyses, fee comparisons, and client presentations.


• Manage strategic client portfolios by supporting client retention, wallet share expansion, and treasury solution adoption.


• Independently manage designated treasury sales opportunities from discovery through close, including inbound referrals and reactive opportunities.


• Conduct treasury discovery conversations to understand client workflows, payment processes, liquidity needs, and fraud mitigation requirements.


• Deliver consultative recommendations aligned with client business objectives and treasury best practices.


• Partner with implementation service, and solution delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of treasury services.


• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, CRM, proposal tracking, and reporting activities.


• Stay current on payment innovations, fintech developments, treasury trends, banking regulations, and competitive offerings.


• Provide mentoring, onboarding assistance, and best-practice sharing for newer Sales Associates as appropriate.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1 years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, Treasury Sales Support, or related financial services experience ; OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience.

If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $88,200.00 and $117,600.00 If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $73,500 and 98,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
