Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Proven sales, prospecting and new business development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales focus to acquire new business clients.
• Consult with clients on cash conversion cycle and working capital.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage and expand client relationships.
• Analyze receivables/payables operating cycles for client relationships.
• Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients.
• Recommend products/services to improve client processes and efficiency.
• Leverage resources to enhance client experience and accuracy.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention targets.
• Assist in structuring and implementing new/payment services.
• Build community relationships and engage with local organizations.
