Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Partner Services Accountant to support financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliation, and analyses for our organization. The role also involves treasury duties such as monitoring daily cash and preparing wires, with a strong emphasis on project-based work.

The candidate will assist with month-end processes, interest statements, cascades, and surplus cash reporting, while supporting the Accounting Department in essential functions and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year accounting or relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately compile and calculate financial data, including totals, percentages, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis.
• Support Treasury Management duties including monitoring daily cash and preparing wires.
• Assist with month-end procedures and surplus cash reporting.
• Support accounting department operations and assist Management with special projects.
• Initiate, review, and revise projects prior to supervisor submission.
• Perform other authorized accounting functions as needed.
