Job summary

Dominium is a national affordable housing developer and manager with offices across the United States, including Dallas. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support cash flow forecasting, debt and liquidity management, enterprise credit facilities, and bank relationships to optimize liquidity and funding decisions.

In this role you will own the 5-year forecast, assist in short-term projections, and prepare treasury reports for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business finance or related field is required.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis activities or treasury experience is required.
• Candidates with direct experience in commercial real estate, affordable housing, or loan maintenance/origination is preferred.
• Cash flow forecasting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced modeling skills using Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Accounting, FP&A, Insurance and Risk, Partner Services and Development to maintain an enterprise-level cash flow forecast for liquidity and investment decisions.
• Assists with managing the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and investments.
• Owns the 5-year long-term forecast and keeps it updated and presented.
• Assists with the short-term forecast as needed.
• Prepares and presents treasury reports to senior leadership.
• Maintains banking relationships and negotiates banking services and fees.
• Oversees debt and credit facilities to ensure covenant compliance.
• Leads internal investment opportunities such as loan originations or tax credit investments.
• Supports Dominium Project Managers on treasury initiatives.
• Creates, reviews, and offers LOIs for lending entities.
• Develops and grows treasury team members and supports Corporate Services in achieving goals.
