Reeves Young is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support daily treasury operations and ensure smooth cash flow management. The role involves processing payments, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining financial records with accuracy.

You will collaborate with the finance team, provide timely information for decision-making, and handle ACH details from vendors while supporting treasury projects and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software; ERP/treasury systems knowledge a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury operations and cash flow management.
• Process payments, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with finance team and provide timely information for decisions.
• Pull daily cash reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle ACH information and change requests from vendors.
