McKesson is seeking a Manager of Treasury Operations to lead the MMS/Wellverse treasury team, optimize global liquidity, and partner with business units on payment solutions. You will enhance forecasting, risk assessments, and treasury systems while collaborating across the organization.

The role involves leading daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and strategic funding decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

5+ years Finance or Treasury related experience.
BS degree in Finance or related field.
Experience in Treasury operations preferred with demonstrated knowledge in cash management, bank infrastructure and investments.
Demonstrated skills in navigating large, complex organizations and collaborating with multiple businesses and functional areas.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
Experience using Kyriba preferred.

Responsabilités

Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash position and optimize cash flow.
Analyze cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding opportunities.
Develop forecasting methodologies and KPIs to measure performance.
Provide liquidity and forecasting insights to senior leadership.
Coordinate derivatives settlement confirmations and FX trades as needed.
Transact cross-currency swaps to support intercompany funding structures.
Maintain and improve treasury technology platforms (Kyriba) and automate processes.
Collaborate with banking partners to evaluate structures and service enhancements.
