Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a Treasury Finance Supervisor in Portland, OR to oversee daily treasury operations and lead a small team of Treasury Finance Specialists. The role is onsite and reports to the Treasury Finance Manager.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience and a strong treasury/finance background. The position emphasizes process discipline, policy enforcement, and collaboration with accounting and operations across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years in a leadership role strongly preferred
• Banking or finance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises a growing team while being a hands-on producer who leads by example
• Responsible for tracking and managing daily transactions
• Provides guidance and training to the Treasury Finance Team
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining all procedures relating to Treasury Finance
• Reviews and approves treasury transactions within authority limits
• Enforces and upholds treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assists with both internal and external audit requests
• Works closely with all departments in both accounting and operational capacity
• Works closely with customers, providers, and claimants
• Performs analysis on various areas of the department to ensure compliance, accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Additional duties as assigned
