Job summary

CorVel in Portland, OR is seeking a Treasury Finance Supervisor to lead a small team and manage daily treasury operations. This onsite role reports to the Treasury Finance Manager and requires strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The supervisor will guide staff, document Treasury processes, review transactions, and support audits while collaborating with accounting and operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Banking or finance experience preferred to support treasury activities.
• 1-3 years in a leadership role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a growing team while being a hands-on producer who leads by example
• Responsible for tracking and managing daily transactions
• Provides guidance and training to the Treasury Finance Team
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining all procedures relating to Treasury Finance
• Reviews and approves treasury transactions within authority limits
• Enforces and upholds treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assists with both internal and external audit requests
• Works closely with customers, providers, and claimants
• Performs analysis on various areas of the department to ensure compliance, accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Additional duties as assigned
