Job summary

SteelPoint Capital Holdings, based in Pittsburgh, seeks a Treasury Operations Specialist to run day-to-day money movement and cash positioning across its entities. You will report to the Controller and maintain the payment calendar, bank reconciliations, and cash forecast integrity.

This role is an in-office position focused on ownership of treasury operations, payables, and lender/investor money movement with a path to contribute to company-wide controls and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in treasury operations, accounts payable or cash management.
• Experience running payables in Ramp, Bill.com or similar with multi-bank reconciliation.
• Precise, consistent and calm under pressure with ability to own outcomes.
• Comfortable in QuickBooks Online and strong in Excel.
• Careful, discreet, and able to see every dollar moved by the company.
• Background in real estate, construction or professional services is common among leaders.
• Committed to doing the work right and building a durable control environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cash Positioning: post a daily cash position across entities by 9:30 a.m.
• Payables and Vendor Management: manage payables cycle through Ramp and maintain vendors.
• Bank Reconciliation and Controls: reconcile bank accounts and maintain signers/entitlements.
• Cash Forecast and Covenant Support: load actuals into 20-week forecast and flag variances.
• Lending and Investor Money Movement: fund loans and reconcile investor payments with InvestNext.
