Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Treasury Associate - Operations to support cash operations, bank account administration, and daily treasury activity. You will ensure accuracy of cash positions and assist with payments and deposits, coordinating with Accounting and Loan Servicing to provide confirmations.

The role requires 1–2 years in treasury, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of corporate treasury or cash management experience.
• Knowledge of treasury processes and banking platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and understand complex transactions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Open and close bank accounts and maintain internal bank records.
• Serve as back-up for daily treasury payments in Kyriba including wires and ACH.
• Deposit checks and maintain deposit log.
• Review and verify daily bank activity and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and decide daily Positive Pay exceptions.
• Assist with cash flow forecasts and program worksheets with the Cash Manager.
• Back-up for Treasury email inbox and respond timely.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform special projects as required by the Senior Treasury Manager.
