Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Treasury Associate to support the Treasury function across payment processing, vendor onboarding, and equipment leases. You will work with the Treasury Analyst and Manager to maintain control procedures and accurate records.

The role requires 1–3 years in treasury or accounting, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), ERP experience with SAP S4/ECC, and strong Excel skills. On-site 4 days a week with one remote day; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on treasury, banking, accounts payable, or corporate accounting experience.
• ERP systems experience (SAP S4 and/or SAP ECC) and online banking platforms preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, master tables, and data logs.
• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related business field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury Analysts to manage ACH/wire templates and weekly pay runs.
• Track outstanding checks and perform aging reports to support unclaimed property compliance.
• Set up and maintain vendor payment profiles across SAP and banking portals with strict controls.
• Support equipment lease tracking and processing of Treasury-related Requests for Payment (RFPs).
• Prepare monthly Treasury journal entries and manage the Cash Management Group mailbox for urgent issues.
