Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a Treasury Associate for its Buffalo area site. The role reports to the Treasury Operations Manager and supports bank and payment activities, vendor onboarding, equipment leases, and daily department operations.

The position is hybrid with on-site work four days per week in Buffalo, NY. You will collaborate with the Treasury Analyst to ensure accurate payments, robust controls, and compliant records, using SAP S/4/ECC and online banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Typically, an associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related business degree.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• One to three years of hands‑on experience in a corporate treasury, banking, accounts payable, or general corporate accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury Analysts to manage ACH/wire templates and weekly pay runs.
• Track outstanding checks and 60+ day aging reports, support unclaimed property compliance.
• Own vendor payment profiles across SAP (S‑4/ECC) and banking portals with strong controls.
• Support equipment lease tracking and Treasury-related payment requests.
