Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Manager in Silver Spring, MD to own treasury operations, develop quantitative models, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in treasury, accounting, and finance, with hands-on ownership of investment portfolios, liquidity planning, and risk management. This hybrid position reports to senior finance leadership and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, and/or accounting.
• 3 years of experience directly worked at a publicly traded company - mid to large cap.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance.
• 5+ years of experience in a publicly traded pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences company with significant excess cash and investment portfolio management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across the Company and all domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Serve as secondary approver for disbursements, including foreign currency payments, and support the bi-monthly disbursement process through preparation of cash position reports, SAP payment summaries, expenditure analysis, and related memoranda.
