Job summary

North Shore Bank is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day support for commercial deposit customers, Business Online users, and the Treasury Sales team while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role assists the AVP, Treasury Operations as needed with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service quality.

The position requires handling setup tasks, processing payments, and answering inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• Prior experience in banking deposit operations and/or customer service is required.
• Previous treasury/cash management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing updated processes and procedures.
• Complete Basic and Module Business Online set ups.
• Complete Positive Pay set ups and daily reviews.
• Answer day-to-day questions from Treasury sales team and Treasury clients.
• Respond to client and branch inquiries via 800# and centralized email with quality service.
• Review account opening documentation for commercial deposit customers.
• Process limit adjustments for RDC, wire and ACH per SLA.
• Verify wire accuracy and approvals within SLA.
• Monitor and generate relevant reports.
• Model a positive, professional example for treasury operations teams.
• Provide assistance across treasury operations as needed.
