Synergy Search is seeking a Treasury Manager in the Dallas area to modernize and rebuild a growing treasury function. This hands-on role offers autonomy as the team stands up a new hub, reporting to senior treasury leadership.

The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with ACH and wire processing, and the ability to manage cash flow forecasting across multiple entities with high-volume accounts. You will oversee a treasury team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with automation
• Experience with ACH files and high-volume cash collections
• Experience with wire initiation, approvals, and banking platforms
• Cash flow forecasting across multiple entities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to implement new processes independently

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and short/long-term cash flow forecasting
• Oversee collections across 500+ bank accounts
• Initiate and approve wire transfers, ACH activity, and internal fund movements
• Support debt covenant compliance and lender reporting
• Lead treasury process improvements and technology initiatives
• Supervise and develop treasury team members
