Job summary

Stable10 is partnering with a high-growth, capital-intensive organisation seeking a Treasury Manager to join its expanding finance function in Austin, TX. The role focuses on owning cash activities across multiple entities, managing liquidity, forecasting cash requirements, and supporting payment activities while driving treasury transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within cash accounting, treasury operations, cash management or working capital management.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, bank account administration and cash forecasting.
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-entity organisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly cash forecasts across multiple entities and bank accounts
• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements
• Support management of cash movements including wire payments, ACH transactions and intercompany transfers
• Execute transactions through treasury management systems and banking platforms
• Assist with cash pooling, liquidity management and funding activities
• Prepare cash reporting and management information for leadership teams
• Support treasury technology initiatives, automation projects and system enhancements
• Contribute to treasury best practices development
