Job summary

OnHires partners with a fintech at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments to recruit a hands‑on Treasury Manager. You will own operational payments, multi‑currency reconciliations, and safeguarding processes, reporting to the Head of Treasury, with exposure to MiCA and PSD2 compliance.

Based in a CET/EET friendly time zone, you’ll shape payment workflows, improve controls, and deliver cash and crypto reporting across banks, PSPs, and custody accounts in a remote or hybrid European

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in treasury or payment operations, ideally at a crypto/fintech.
• Hands‑on payment execution: approval workflows, banking portals, formats, and segregation of duties.
• Real crypto operations experience: exchanges, custody accounts, stablecoins, on‑chain verification.
• Ownership of regular balance reporting and reconciliation in multi‑currency, multi‑account environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment: regulatory reporting, safeguarding, or audit requests.
• Proactive process redesign and control improvements, with bias for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational payments, including validation, routing, FX, and compliance checks.
• Redesign payment processes for faster, better-controlled flows with four‑eyes principle.
• Produce signed‑off cash flow reports across banks, PSPs, exchanges, and custody accounts.
• Lead safeguarding reconciliation and client‑asset segregation under MiCA/PSD2.
• Support regulatory reporting and audit packs for licensed entities.
• Develop liquidity management, short‑term forecasting, and pre‑funding strategies.
• Partner with Finance Systems and Engineering to move reconciliation off spreadsheets.
