Job description

Job Overview

This role is specific to the current Coffee Operating Unit of KDP. Following the recent, successful acquisition of JDE Peet’s in April 2026, the Coffee Operating Unit will become its own independent publicly traded company. For more information on this, please visit keurigdrpepper.com

As the Treasury Manager, Cash Management and Data Analytics, you will take ownership of North American cash management and help shape how the business manages its liquidity and banking relationships. Based in Burlington, MA, you will join the Global Treasury team, combining independent responsibility for cash operations across the U.S. and Canada with global initiatives alongside colleagues in Amsterdam and other regions.

Your work will directly influence how the business funds its operations, puts cash to work and gets value from its banking partners. You will build strong regional banking relationships, improve cash forecasting, and advance cash centralization and pooling. You will also use analytics and automation to support better decisions and more effective treasury processes across the group. The role offers scope to combine hands‑on ownership with meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities
North American Cash Management and Commercial Paper

  • Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyze variances and improve visibility of cash needs to support financing and investment decisions.
  • Lead cash centralization and cash pooling initiatives in North America to improve cash availability, minimize idle balances and improve funding efficiency and interest income.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial paper placements, including dealer coordination, pricing and maturity decisions within approved limits, and issuance, settlement and repayment. Monitor outstanding balances and upcoming maturities and incorporate them into cash forecasts.
  • Manage bank accounts and related cash management processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain effective controls and documentation.
  • Provide clear reporting to management on cash positions, expected cash developments, liquidity risks and required actions.
Bank Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with North American banking partners, taking account of the group's wider banking relationships and commercial priorities.
  • Negotiate cash management pricing and service terms, monitor service quality and resolve issues to maintain reliable service and competitive banking costs.
  • Coordinate the allocation of ancillary banking business across relationship banks in line with the overall banking strategy.
Global Treasury Initiatives
  • Identify and drive global treasury initiatives, working with colleagues in Amsterdam and other regions on liquidity optimization, bank architecture, bank fees, and transformation projects.
  • Contribute to treasury system implementations and improvements to global cash management processes, translating operational needs into practical requirements.
Data Analytics and Process Improvement
  • Develop clear analysis and reporting on treasury KPIs, financial risks and opportunities to support senior management decision‑making, including input for Executive Committee reporting.
  • Develop and improve reporting and automation solutions that reduce manual work, using Power BI, Python, SQL or similar applications and collaborating with Technology colleagues as needed.
  • Improve data flows from banking, ERP and treasury systems, with practical checks for accuracy and completion and timely resolution of exceptions.
Business Partnering
  • Partner with Shared Financial Services, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal and Technology to deliver treasury initiatives across the business. Act as the North American point of contact for cash management and related global treasury initiatives.
