Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Treasury Manager in Houston, TX to lead cash flow planning, FP&A, and financial risk management for a growing construction-focused firm.

You will partner with senior management to shape financial strategy, oversee banking relationships, capital structure, and investment decisions, and drive ROI through disciplined forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation. This role reports to the Director of Treasury and offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in construction.
• Strong FP&A, cash flow, and financial risk management knowledge.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate strategy into operations.
• Proven leadership and team management; ability to motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills with financial service providers.
• Strong knowledge of financial statistics and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financing.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, control systems, and processes.
• Manage relationships with banks and investment advisors.
• Prepare and present financial reports and risk assessments to the board.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate on funding strategies with senior management.
• Evaluate capital structure, investment strategies, and banking relationships.
• Monitor markets and economic trends and their impact on investments.
• Oversee investment portfolio performance.
