The Treasury Manager plays a strategic and operational role within the Finance organization, responsible for overseeing daily cash management, banking relationships, credit evaluation, and liquidity forecasting across the company’s Global operations. The role ensures financial risk is managed proactively and partners across functions to support ongoing business growth, international transactions, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct daily cash positioning and optimize liquidity across all banking institutions.
  • Administer and monitor ACH transactions and Positive Pay systems to ensure secure disbursement.
  • Lead short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting across business units.
  • Coordinate with global teams on intercompany funding, FX transactions, and cash pooling as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing account structures, fees, and services.
  • Customer Set-up, Credit review, and maintenance of global master list.
  • Oversee letters of credit and international banking instruments to support global supply chain needs.
  • Administer corporate credit card programs and manage expense tracking platform compliance and optimization.
  • Lead the Accounts Payable process for North America, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and vendor satisfaction.
  • Manage supply chain financing programs in collaboration with procurement and vendors to enhance working capital performance.
  • Complete Bad Debt analysis and recommendations within GAAP requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strategic mindset with operational execution skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • High integrity and knowledge of internal controls and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent international certification required.

EXERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5 - 7 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience.
  • Experience working in an international environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing treasury systems, banking portals, and expense tools (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
