Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury and Risk Manager for all our corporate treasury operations and company-wide risk management programs. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day liquidity, processing vendor payments and adhoc manual requests, ensuring strict debt compliance, and safeguarding the company’s assets by managing our comprehensive insurance portfolio.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance, hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP systems, and an understanding of commercial insurance and corporate risk mitigation.

Relocation assistance is available.

What you’ll do:
  • Treasury & Cash Management

    • Payment Processing: Execute, review, and approve manual and automated payments utilizing Oracle ERP and various banking platforms, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and fraud‑prevention protocols.

    • Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple legal entities and banking partners to optimize liquidity.

    • Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain short–and long–term cash flow forecasts to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

    • Bank Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing bank account openings, closures, and user access controls.

  • Debt Compliance & Reporting

    • Covenant Tracking: Monitor, calculate, and report on financial covenants to ensure absolute compliance with credit facilities and debt agreements.

    • Debt Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual debt compliance certificates and reports for senior leadership and external lenders.

    • Interest Management: Oversee interest expense forecasting, tracking, and timely settlement of debt service payments.

  • Risk Management & Insurance

    • Insurance Portfolio Management: Oversee all company-wide insurance programs, including Commercial General Liability, Property, D&O, Cyber, and Workers’ Compensation.

    • Renewals & Broker Relations: Lead the annual insurance renewal process, collaborating with brokers to negotiate optimal coverage terms, premiums, and deductibles.

    • Claims Administration: Manage the end–to–end claims process, working closely with legal, operations, and insurance adjusters to ensure timely resolution.

    • Risk Assessment: Identify potential operational and financial risks across the organization and recommend mitigation strategies.

What you’ll bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
