Job summary

Form Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Technical Analyst to join our Oracle Platform team. You will maintain, optimize, and advance our Oracle Cloud ecosystem, with 4–6 years in ERP Cloud and HCM integrations, OIC administration, and custom reporting.

You’ll lead AI development initiatives within our Oracle landscape and contribute to automation and data-driven decision making. This is a hybrid role with onsite work 3 days per week; relocation is available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
• Experience building/integrating Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM), WMS, HCM Cloud
• Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher; understanding Oracle data models
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT; REST/SOAP web services
• Interest in AI/ML, scripting (Python), automation tools
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and internal/third-party systems using REST and SOAP.
• Administer Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): provisioning, patching, security mapping, monitoring.
• Monitor dashboards, troubleshoot failures, ensure data integrity and system availability.
• Design and deliver custom reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Extract, transform, and map data across ERP and HCM modules.
• Explore AI-driven solutions within OCI; automate workflows and enhance analytics.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Oracle Technical Analyst to join our Oracle Platform team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, optimizing, and advancing our Oracle Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of hands‑on experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud and HCM integrations, administering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and building custom reports.

As a forward-looking organization, we are also heavily investing in automation and artificial intelligence. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead AI development initiatives within our Oracle landscape, creating intelligent solutions that drive business efficiency.

This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from one of our offices 3 days per week.

What you’ll do:

• Integration Support & OIC Administration:

  • Design, build, deploy, and support seamless integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM, and various internal/third‑party systems using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), handling environment provisioning, patching, security mapping, and performance monitoring.
  • Proactively monitor integration dashboards, troubleshoot message failures, and resolve technical bottlenecks to ensure high data integrity and system availability.

  Custom Report Development:

  • Gather business requirements from finance, HR, and operations teams to design and deliver accurate, high-performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Extract, transform, and map complex data sets across ERP and HCM modules.

  AI Development & Innovation:

  • Explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ecosystem (e.g., Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI Generative AI, or integrating third‑party AI APIs).
  • Automate repetitive workflows, enhance predictive analytics, and improve user experiences within ERP and HCM utilizing modern AI/ML technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's latest AI release notes and technical roadmaps to advise leadership on new capabilities.

What you’ll bring:

• 4 to 6 years of proven technical experience within the Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ecosystem.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing and troubleshooting integrations for Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM), Oracle WMS, and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in building custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher; strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models.
• Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web service protocols (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn and implement AI technologies, scripting (Python), and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or OIC Certifications.
• Prior experience building conversational AI (Oracle Digital Assistant) or working with LLMs/GenAI in an enterprise context.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
