Job summary

LHH is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager for a global investment management client in San Antonio. You will lead treasury technology initiatives, own Kyriba administration, and partner with Finance, Treasury, IT and banks.

This role drives automation, SOX controls, and process improvements, with exposure to cash management, bank connectivity, and treasury reporting formats. Onsite full-time with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in treasury ops, treasury systems, or financial tech.
• Hands-on Kyriba administration required.
• Strong cash management and bank account administration.
• Experience with treasury file transmissions and bank connectivity.
• Exposure to BAI2, CAMT, MT940 formats.
• SFTP and secure file transfer experience.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host, ISO 20022.
• SOX controls and treasury governance knowledge.
• Onsite in San Antonio; ability to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead system upgrades, testing, implementations, and production support activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Oversee bank connectivity, file transmissions, and treasury reporting processes.
• Manage bank reporting formats including BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and related feeds.
• Support cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and treasury analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate UAT and treasury technology projects.
• Identify and implement automation, process improvement, and treasury transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and treasury policies; assist audits.

Job description

Our client is a well-established global investment management firm seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to support treasury technology, banking operations, cash management infrastructure, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will play a key role in treasury transformation efforts and partner across Finance, Treasury, IT, and banking relationships.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Manage system configuration, workflows, user access, security profiles, and approval hierarchies
• Lead system upgrades, testing, implementations, and production support activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Oversee bank connectivity, file transmissions, and treasury reporting processes
• Manage bank reporting formats including BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and related treasury data feeds
• Support cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and treasury analytics initiatives
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, IT, fund administrators, and banking partners on system integrations and enhancements
• Administer online banking platforms, user entitlements, and treasury-related access controls
• Support bank account administration, KYC documentation, and signer maintenance
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and treasury technology projects
• Identify and implement automation, process improvement, and treasury transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and SOX requirements
• Assist with internal and external audit requests

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of treasury operations, treasury systems, banking technology, or financial systems experience
• Hands-on Kyriba administration experience is required
• Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, and bank account administration
• Experience supporting treasury file transmissions and bank connectivity solutions
• Knowledge of BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and treasury reporting formats
• Experience with SFTP and secure file transfer technologies
• Familiarity with SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, and ISO 20022 messaging
• Experience administering online banking portals and user access controls
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and treasury governance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work onsite in San Antonio full-time
