They are looking for a dynamic Treasury Manager to join their team and lead the function for North America. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owns full cash forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely updates
• Monitors cash positions, ensures sufficient funding, and optimizes working capital
• Balances supplier relationships with cash optimization to meet forecast targets
• Maintains strong relationships with banking partners
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and treasury best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years in a Corporate Treasury role
• Experience within the CPG/ Food industry
• Heavy exposure to Cash Management, Cash forecasting, and liquidity management

COMPENSATION

$125,000 - $140,000 + bonus
