Job summary

Revelyst, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead daily treasury operations, improve cash forecasting, and work cross-functionally with FP&A, accounting and tax to support strategic initiatives.

You'll forecast liquidity, manage bank relationships, and contribute to capital planning while ensuring controls and governance across the organization. Strong communication, analytics, and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of progressive experience in treasury operations or corporate finance.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management expertise.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams.
• Results-driven with initiative, ownership and accountability.
• CPA/ACA/FCA or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems (Excel, ERP, treasury platforms).
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs is a plus (product liability).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships.
• Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models aligned with business needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and BUs to support treasury initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and reporting.
• Support capital structure planning, debt compliance, and investment strategies.
• Prepare and present treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate insurance programs, including COIs, broker relations, and premiums.

Overview

We are seeking a driven and results‑oriented Treasury Manager to join our finance team. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in forecasting, liquidity management, and cross‑functional collaboration to support strategic financial initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Tax and Treasury and is based in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management.
• Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Business Units to support treasury‑related initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and reporting.
• Support capital structure planning, debt compliance, and investment strategies.
• Prepare and present treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate insurance programs, including policy renewals, certificates of insurance (COIs), broker relationships, and premium spend across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of progressive experience in treasury operations or corporate finance.
• Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence across teams.
• Results‑driven mindset: a go‑getter mindset with a high level of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, FCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, treasury platforms).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs is a plus, particularly product liability coverage.

Compensation

Pay Range: Annual Salary: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 (actual salary will be based on experience, location, education and skills).
