LHH is partnering with a growing national organization to identify a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, treasury management systems, and cash forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities.
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare treasury reports and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Oversee banking relationships, account administration, and fee management.
  • Monitor and process wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other payment activity.
  • Analyze daily cash activity and resolve banking discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain treasury management systems and banking platforms while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support treasury-related projects, including automation initiatives, system enhancements, and banking partner evaluations.
  • Coordinate payroll funding and related cash transfers across multiple states.
  • Manage corporate credit card programs, user access, and spending limits.
  • Ensure adherence to treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams on treasury-related matters.
  • Prepare treasury-related journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing daily cash operations, maintaining adequate liquidity across multiple entities, overseeing banking relationships, and supporting treasury reporting and forecasting activities. This role serves as a key business partner to Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities.
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
