Job summary

Simmons Bank in Nashville seeks a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager II to oversee a defined TM portfolio, collaborating with TMOs, bankers and market leadership to proactively manage existing customers and oversee TM implementation.

You will work with Management Operations, Product and Pricing to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five plus years of related experience; with at least four years of Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of treasury management products.

Responsibilities

• Field escalated interactions with TM customers to assist with issues.
• Manage treasury portfolio of medium to high complexity.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and cross-sell TM products.
• Assist in customer training for new product lines.
• Deliver professional customer service while addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Foster collaboration across lines of business.
• May accompany TMSC and/or TMI on customer calls.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
