You will collaborate with Treasury Management Officers, Bankers, and Market leadership to proactively manage existing customers and facilitate TM implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of related experience; treasury management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and treasury software.

Responsabilidades

• Field escalated interactions with Treasury Management customers to assist with issues.
• Manage treasury portfolio of medium to high complexity.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships and cross-sell TM products.
• Assist in customer training for new product lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with TMO, Bankers, and Market leadership on implementations and issue resolution.
