Simmons Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager II to oversee a defined portfolio of medium to high complexity and partner with TMOs, bankers and leadership. This role drives relationship depth and coordinates successful TM implementations for existing customers.

You will train customers on new product lines, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies while delivering high‑quality service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five plus years of related experience; with at least four years of Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and treasury software.

Mansioni

• Manage a defined Treasury Management portfolio of medium to high complexity.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers, Bankers and Market leadership to grow relationships.
• Oversee Treasury Management Implementations for existing customers.
• Escalate and resolve problems with Management Operations, Product and/or Pricing.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal training.
