Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Solution Specialist I to support the Treasury Management – Business Banking segment. The role focuses on onboarding and servicing TM products with an emphasis on risk and policy adherence.

You will be the primary customer contact, resolve complex TM issues, train clients on TM products, and assist with renewals, referrals, and cross-sales. A hybrid in-office/remote work setup is available to foster collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 years or more in banking and/or treasury management; 1+ year in banking, including treasury management products, payments, and depository systems.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management / cash management software, hardware and operating systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes servicing and onboarding requests in a timely and accurate manner; acts as a key contact for customers.
• Provides advanced TM product knowledge and service support by resolving complex issues promptly.
• Performs training to customers on TM products, troubleshooting, installing software, and demos.
• Supports pipeline management, pricing, cross-sale referrals, and RFPs/proposals.
• Coordinates customer annual renewals for ACH and Wires in a timely manner.
• Adheres to bank policies and maintains risk awareness; identifies issues.
• Acts as internal resource; updates guides and tools; provides feedback to team.
• Mentors new and current colleagues; provides backup coverage as needed.

Description Summary

The Treasury Management Solution Specialist I provides support to the Treasury Management – Business Banking segment and is responsible for onboarding and servicing requests for TM products and services with a focus and awareness of managing risk and adhering to policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prioritizes servicing and onboarding requests in a timely and accurate manner, and acts as a key contact for customers
• Provides an advanced level of TM product knowledge & service support by resolving complex issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Performs training to customers on TM products, including troubleshooting, installing software, and may include providing customers with product demos
• Supports TMA with pipeline management, specialist pricing, identifies cross-sale opportunities across portfolio, makes referrals in Max, and creates RFPs, proposals and performas
• Coordinates customer annual renewals for ACH and Wires, in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for adhering to Bank’s policies and procedures while maintaining a strong awareness of risk and identifying issues of concern
• Acts as internal resource for inquiries, updates internal reference guides, job aids and other tools used by the team; provides solutions and feedback to team and manager
• Serves as a mentor for new and current colleagues
• Provides backup coverage to the team, as needed, and assists management with special projects and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 years or more in banking and/or treasury management 1+ of banking, including experience with treasury management products, payments, and depository systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of a variety of treasury management / cash management software, hardware and operating systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
