Regions Financial Corporation in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers with sales, onboarding and client solutions for day-to-day business needs.

You will partner with Treasury Management teams to prepare account structures, pricing, decks, and research while ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and strong client satisfaction. This full-time role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of banking, sales or sales support experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Understanding of Working Capital beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and execute sales activities with TM Relationship Managers.
• Create account structures and pricing proformas for prospects and clients.
• Produce client presentation decks and conduct research for proximity to branches.
• Collaborate with TM Product team to answer client inquiries.
• Ensure implementation errors stay below target and meet SLA.
• Oversee new client onboarding, training confirmation and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client support when needed.
• Maintain complete and timely reporting and coordinate with Commercial and TM teams.
