Regions in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers in identifying, developing, and delivering quality treasury solutions for clients. The role focuses on sales activity prep, client research, and coordinating with product teams to ensure accurate pricing and proposals.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years in banking, sales, or sales support; a Bachelor's degree and bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of banking, sales, or sales support experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Understanding of Working Capital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for sales activities.
• Prepare account structures and build pricing proformas for prospects.
• Produce client presentation decks and conduct client research.
• Coordinate with TM Product team on product information responses.
• Ensure implementation errors are below SLA and report accurately.
• Oversee new client onboarding and escalation support as needed.
