Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Brentwood, TN is seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Sales leader to drive a designated area’s revenue and client relationships. You will guide a sales team, collaborate with Commercial and Private Banking colleagues, and design tailored Treasury Management solutions for clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in banking, sales, or Treasury Management preferred.
• Proven track record in treasury management sales, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create tailored solutions for clients, drive team results, and develop others professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management sales and service delivery within the designated area, including marketing strategies and sales objectives for new business opportunities.

SUMMARY

Responsible for leading a designated area’s Treasury Management Sales function and team. Accountable for developing new Treasury Management relationships, expanding existing relationships, and providing ongoing consultative support for our Treasury Management clients. Ensures associates deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals in alignment with the bank’s strategy and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute all aspects of Treasury Management sales and service delivery within the designated area, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales objectives for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Private Banking associates to advise our clients and prospects on appropriate Treasury Management products and services, designing customized solutions that meet their needs.
• Direct, coach, and support Treasury Management Sales associates to ensure strong individual and team performance.
• Serve as a key product partner for Relationship Managers, participating in joint calls with our clients and prospects as needed.
• Drive continuous professional and technical development of associates as it relates to Treasury Management products and sales skills.
• Conduct Treasury Management training sessions and present product updates for internal associates as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly responsible for leading, coordinating, and evaluating assigned units or associates in accordance with First Horizon Bank policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; making pay change recommendations; disciplining associates; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (four-year college) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in banking, sales, or Treasury Management preferred.
• Proven track record in treasury management sales, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create tailored solutions for clients, drive team results, and develop others professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong client service orientation.
• CTP or MBA Preferred.
