Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate at the Biltmore/Phoenix (AZ) location. You will learn sales techniques and develop your treasury product knowledge while working with internal partners and NB|AZ customers to grow our TM services.

You will support the TM Sales Consultants with research, proposals, and documentation, and may accompany calls with clients and relationships managers to drive new revenue.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree and some experience with treasury management products, bank products, sales, customer service or related experience.
• Knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and PC skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Create sales prospecting reporting and analysis.
• Provide TM Sales Consultants with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sale customer documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, the sales consultant, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience.
• Provide sales backup for the TM Sales Consultants and may conduct joint sales calls with the TM Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Take ownership of customer portfolios and share knowledge.
• Successfully analyze and communicate decisions that can impact the client.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a degree and some experience with treasury management products, bank products, sales, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

• Knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and PC skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are a must for representing NB|AZ in diverse environments.
