Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to support client onboarding and the implementation of treasury management products and services. You will work with Portfolio Managers and internal teams to coordinate implementations, help ensure a smooth transition from sale through go-live and ongoing support.

You will gather client requirements, participate in onboarding calls and training, maintain documentation, and monitor timelines.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of banking, financial services, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of clients and implementation of treasury management products.
Coordinate implementations with internal teams to ensure timely go-live.
Participate in client onboarding calls and training sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technology, compliance, and risk) to complete tasks on time.
Maintain implementation documentation and update project tracking tools.
Monitor timelines and elevate issues or delays as appropriate.
Assist in preparing documentation for transition to client support teams.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service throughout the implementation process.
