Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Treasury Client Service Support Specialist to provide information and support for treasury products and services to clients and internal teams.

You will help with daily Treasury Deposit operations, build client relationships, and escalate issues to protect client loyalty. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving, familiarity with MS Office, and ability to review account documentation for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years' experience in a financial institution or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational duties and functions of the Treasury Deposit Team.
• Build and maintain relationships with Stifel clients.
• Serve as a first point of contact for clients by providing assistance, training, and troubleshooting of system related issues.
• Support the Relationship Banker team by providing high level service to clients.
• Attend client appointments and sales calls.
• Serve as escalation point for client problems and mitigate and resolve issues to drive loyalty.
• Review all new account setup and documentation for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Act as liaison between Stifel Bank clients and Bank Operations.
• Be the main contact for bank account management, fee analysis, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Select training methods appropriate for learning or teaching.
• Research and resolve issues that impact client treasury services.
